Lawson Energy, Inc.

Since October 2008, Lawson Energy, Inc., in partnership with Eco Energy (Nashville, TN), has economically delivered ethanol to the Roanoke Valley. Utilizing the efficiencies of rail delivered bulk distribution, Lawson Energy, Inc. strategically placed its office and distribution platform on a private rail siding serviced by Norfolk Southern. As demand for blended gasoline increases, plans to further our offering are underway and the total amount of Ethanol distributed from the facility should double by May of 2009. It is our goal to provide 100% of the Ethanol demand for the Roanoke Valley and surrounding counties.

Lawson Building, Inc.

The Lawson Building, LLC is a design build group working to redevelop a midsized merchandise warehouse into a mix of affordable and market rate apartments, two live-work spaces and one retail/commercial location. Located at 631 Campbell Avenue S.E. Roanoke, Virginia, The “Lawson Building East” is situated in an industrial section of downtown, affording complex views of the Norfolk and Southern Railroad Shops, a comprehensive, sustainable landscape and individually designed residential flats and commercial units.

As a whole, the Lawson Building, LLC focuses on adaptive reuse commercial construction projects that qualify for state and federal historic tax credits.
